Can I have an item shipped over night?

Yes, just call, email, or chat with us and we'll help to arrange expedited shipping and ensure your expectations are met.

Will you ship out of the contiguous United States?

Yes, but there is no 'free shipping' outside of the contiguous United States. We can estimate shipping costs for you.

How many days until my items ships?

Many items ship same or next day. Some items, which are fulfilled by our supplier or manufacturer will take 2-5 days to ship. We will send a purchase confirmation with a shipping estimate, which will be followed by a shipping confirmation when the item has shipped.

How can I cancel an order?

By calling or emailing us we can cancel an order which has not been shipped. If the item has shipped, please return the item with a note regarding the return reason. We will credit your account if the order is in new condition. If the item was shipped 'free', we charge a 15% restocking fee.
