Shipping & Return Policy

Shipping & Delivery

Standard shipping charges are based on USPS and/or FedEx shipping costs. Larger items (such as pedicure chairs, nail tables, furniture, etc) will be shipped freight and will be delivered curbside only. We will request the shipping company contact the purchaser to arrange a scheduled delivery date and time, but PedicureChairPlus.com cannot guarantee delivery date beyond an estimate. Free shipping only applies to orders within the U.S.A. and only to commercial addresses. For international orders, please view our international policy.

All credit card orders on PedicureChairPlus.com are processed on a secure server. Any credit card or other personal information you provide PedicureChairPlus.com is protected by encryption using Secure Socket Layer Protocol (SSL). Only PedicureChairPlus.com can decrypt this secure information. If you prefer not to place your order online, we would be pleased to take your order by phone. Returns & Replacements

PedicureChairPlus.com strives to provide our customers with the highest quality merchandise and an unparalleled shopping experience. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it, for a refund, exchange, or store credit (less shipping fees and restocking fee). Returned items must be unused, in their original condition and their original packaging. Simply call us within 7 days of receipt of the item and we will issue you a Return Authorization and a prepaid shipping label (amount will be deducted from your refund), which is valid for 10 business days. Upon receipt of your approved return, PedicureChairPlus.com will either issue a refund for the purchase price of your item(s) to the credit card used for your purchase or ship the item you selected in exchange. Please note that shipping charges cannot be refunded by PedicureChairPlus.com; all shipping charges are the customer's responsibility. Also, if you choose to return an item that was shipped to you free of charge, you will receive a refund for the item's purchase price minus the appropriate shipping costs as outlined on our Shipping Methods and Charges section.If you return an item after the 10 business day window, without a RA#, and/or PedicureChairPlus.com suspects an item has been used, the merchandise will be shipped back to you at your expense.You can email Customer Service or call 1-800-394-9651 Monday through Friday between 10 a.m. and 6 p.m. (central). Please note: All sales on discounted, used, and sale items are final.

Payment, Pricing & Promotions

PedicureChairPlus.com accepts credit card payments from Visa, Master Card, Discover and American Express. Payments can be arranged through PayPal or by Cashier's Check/Money Order by calling customer service at 1-800-394-9651. Because PedicureChairPlus.com operates in Texas, we are required to collect 8.25% sales tax on orders shipped to a Texas address. Those who live outside of Texas will not be charged sales tax for orders placed on PedicureChairPlus.com, but may want to consult applicable tax laws in your state.

Cancellations

PedicureChairPlus.com works to ship orders as quickly as possible. For this reason, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to cancel your order after it has been placed. If you need to cancel your order please call us ASAP at 866-757-2836 and we will do our best to cancel your order.
